- Who may use it. The TGP Expense App is a private internal tool for the owners of TGP. Only people the owners invite may use it.
- What it does. The app reads receipt images that you place in designated Google Drive folders and records the details in a designated Google Sheet. It is provided “as is” to help with bookkeeping.
- Accuracy. AI-extracted amounts, dates and categories can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing entries before using them for taxes, accounting or reimbursement.
- Your Google account. You authorize the app to access only the Drive folders and spreadsheet described in the Privacy Policy. You can revoke this access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- No warranty; limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, the app is provided without warranties of any kind, and its operators are not liable for losses resulting from its use.
- Changes. These terms may be updated. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
