I like hot sauce. I Like hot sauce that isn’t belabored with extra seasonings, or gimmicks, or watered down BS. (looking at you, Craig…). Water, salt, peppers, and all natural seasonings and herbs. Also I put those nice little plastic lids on there so the hot sauce doesn’t just pour out everywhere. (again, looking at you Craig)

All of Davey’s Hot Sauces are Lacto-fermented, and still active. They are fermented using only salt and water, and sourced from either Davey’s Own Garden, or the generous contributions of the farmers at the Minneapolis Farmers Market Downtown. (I just buy it from them) They should be refrigerated at all times. Some settling is normal so just shake shake shake before use
